What is yogareg.com?
yogareg.com is a web based software application that allows you to manage student data, class registrations, and much more. It also allows your students to register and pay online. The system is accessed via the internet using a secure connection, providing access from any computer with a web browser.

How does the pricing work?
We have 2 pricing models. The first is a flat fee of $99 per month. The second model we call "Pay As You Go". Pay as you go pricing is a way to allow us to charge smaller studios less than larger studios, and for you to pay only when you perform an action that produces income. We determine how much you will pay based on 4 different income producing actions you perform in our system. We charge you:

$1.00 USD each time a student is registered in a "registration-based" class. A registration-based class is a class that is held as part of a "session". Example: Several times a year you hold sessions of classes - Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer. During each session you offer classes that are held weekly during that session. When a student registers for one of these classes, they are registering for all remaining instances of the class, and you are charged $1 for that registration.
$1.00 USD each time a student registers for a workshop. This is pretty straight forward - a workshop can contain one or many parts, and can be held on one or multiple days. Each time a student is registered to attend a workshop, you are charged $1 for that registration.
$0.10 USD each time a student drops into a class. The student can pay at the door, or use a previously purchased class bundle, but either way we charge you a dime.
$0.20 USD each time a student attends a private session. A private session is typically a one on one training session between a student and instructor, but can accomodate more then one student if desired. We charge 20 cents for each student that attends.

If you are a very small studio and when we add up all of your fees and it doesn't even add up to $15.00 USD, we'll round up to $15 as a minimum fee. We bill monthly and send a detailed report of your system usage.

Also notworthy are some things we don't charge extra for:

NO CHARGE - number of students you track with our system.
NO CHARGE - number of instructors and staff members you want to have access to the system.
NO CHARGE - periodic upgrades of the system.
NO CHARGE - daily offsite backups of your data.
NO CHARGE - world class customer support.

Our studio already has a web site. How do we take advantage of yogareg.com?
If you already have a web site, you simply add a "Register Now" link to your site which directs the student to your custom yogareg.com student site. The student can shop for classes, register, and pay using a familiar shopping cart paradigm. We also provide an XML interface to our system. If you want to show the class offerings, teacher bios, etc. on your existing web site, we provide you with the ability to extract this data from the system as XML at no extra charge. This allows the data you enter into yogareg.com to be your single source of data, eliminating the need to change your web site when you add a new class, instructor, or other data.

This system is exactly what I need, how do I get started?
Starting a yogareg.com subscription for your studio is easy. You provide us with the following items so we can customize your site:

Logo graphic
Header graphic
Footer graphic
Any existing data exported from your current system

We will use these items to setup your site in a staging area where you can review it. Once you are completely satisfied, we take the system live on the yogareg.com site and you (and your students!) can start using it.

This system is almost exactly what I need, can you make a few changes for our studio?
If the demo application is very close to what you need, but would be a perfect match with a few minor changes, contact us to discuss your options. In many cases, if the changes you request would apply to other studios, we will make the changes at no additional cost to you.

What if I start using the system but discover it just won't work for our business model?
After your site is set-up, we give you 30 days to decide if the system is right for you. If you discover it just doesn't fit your business model, we will gladly refund all fees you have paid, including the set-up fee.

What if I use the system for some time but one day decide to stop using yogareg.com?
If you ever decide you want to leave yogareg.com, we will be sad, but at the same time respect your right to choose. You provide us an end date for the service and on that date, you lose access to the system and we create a final database backup and provide it to you on a CD. Once your data is on a CD, we will delete your database from our system.

How do we obtain support for our site?
We are always available via e-mail. When you sign-up to use our service, you are also provided with a phone number for direct access to our staff. Any bug found is addressed within 24 hours. Requests for enhancements are evaluated on a case by case basis, with our software being upgraded on a quarterly release cycle.
